The 2004-2006 Acura TL Factory Enhanced Radio is a 6ch unit which is designed to run the ELS system well. However the design of the components suffers from cost-cutting measures by the manufacturer.
Much like the amplifier modification, we clean up the power, input and output circuit to provide improved sound quality from the OEM look.
What you can expect:
Improved sound quality over that of just the amplifier modification. We do suggest performing the amplifier mod prior to the radio modification if not done at the same time.
Your sound stage will be wider with an audible improvement in frequency range. You will notice warmer and more detailed midrange, more controlled and less "bright" high frequency range, and tighter, more authoritative bass.

We keep most radios in stock and come with their own code; however if you would like us to modify your radio so that it be kept with the original vehicle we will put you at the top of the build list to reduce time without music.
